Syntrys

Delegated work you can actually watch

AI specialists do the work. You stay in the room.

Describe what needs doing, in your own words. Syntrys breaks it into steps, hands each step to a specialist, and shows every handoff on a live board. At the moments that matter, it stops and asks you.

Nothing runs until you say so.

Handing real work to a black box is hard to trust

You can already ask software to carry out a whole job end to end. What you usually give up is everything that made delegating safe in the first place.

Syntrys exists to put those four things back. Work stays visible, every handoff waits for a person, and what the system learns is kept.

  • No idea what’s happening while it runs
  • No way to step in and stop it
  • No record of who decided what, or why
  • Nothing carried forward to next time

Three things happen, and you see all of them

  1. 01

    You describe the job

Plain language, the way you would brief a colleague — “go through our wiki and draft the onboarding guide”. No forms to configure, no settings to get right first.

  2. 02

    Specialists pick it up

The job is split into steps, and each step goes to a specialist suited to it — a researcher, a writer, a reviewer. You watch the work move across the board as it happens.

  3. 03

    You decide at the checkpoints

Before work passes from one pair of hands to the next, it pauses for you. Approve it, send it back with changes, or let it carry on. Nothing slips past you.

What you get

Four things that make delegated work something you can actually rely on.

  • Work you can watch

A live board is the whole product. Cards move as the work moves, and the page keeps itself up to date — you never have to ask where something got to.

  • A checkpoint at every handoff

Work stops and waits for a person before it moves on. You approve it or send it back. This is consent, not supervision — you set how much you want to be asked.

  • A record of every decision

Every approval, every change requested, every outcome is written down in order and never edited. Months later you can still answer “who decided this, and when?”.

  • It learns your business

As work finishes, Syntrys suggests things it has learned about how you operate. You approve what’s right, and it knows your business better this month than last.

Built for the people who delegate the work

Founders, operations leads, hiring managers, content producers, analysts. If you hand real work to other people and need to trust how it comes back, this was built for you.

  • Hiring

Screen applicants, draft the shortlist, prepare interview notes.

  • Content

Research a topic, draft it, review it against your house style.

  • Operations

Work through a runbook step by step, with sign-off where it counts.

  • Analysis

Gather what’s scattered across your tools and turn it into a brief.

You will never need to know how any of it works underneath. That is the point.

Questions people ask

Do I need to be technical to use it?

No. Syntrys is built for people who have never written code. You describe work the way you would to a colleague, and the settings are chosen so you never have to touch them.

Can it do things without asking me?

Only if you choose that. By default a job does not start until you start it, and work pauses for your approval before each handoff. You can loosen that where you trust it.

What if it gets something wrong?

You see the work before it moves on, so you can send it back with changes rather than discovering the problem at the end. Nothing is hidden while it runs.

What happens to what it learns?

It suggests what it has learned about your business, and you approve what is right. Approved knowledge is kept and used next time. Nothing joins it without a person agreeing.

Can I control what it costs?

Yes. You can put a spending limit on a piece of work, and Syntrys respects it — pausing to ask rather than quietly running past what you set.
